Images of partial metaphases with several telomeric chromatid concatenates (TCCs). Fusion points of several concatenates in human HTC75 cells induced by the truncated TRF2 DBDM protein are identified by white arrows. At the point of joining, only one chromatid from each of the two participating chromosomes enters into the fusion. All TCCs involve only leading-strand telomeres.
